Juices, especially those that are made from nutritious and organic products, are perfect for taking daily for a vitamin boost. Also, are you aware that you can make these beautiful juices without using a juicer?

In this day and age, some people are not able to afford to purchase a juicer and people that are thrifty and wouldn’t want to buy another appliance for their kitchen. If you are one of these people, only a blender or food processor, and cheesecloth is needed to make these three simple recipes that are vegan approved too!

We all know that it is costly to buy freshly pressed juices in local stores. However, these recipes that we listed only requires minimal clean-up, are easier to make, and much inexpensive to make than the natural juices.

The Essential Ingredients

Turmeric

Carrots

Carrots are responsible for maintaining a healthy brain, skin, mouth, heart, and is also known to keep the eyes’ good condition. Carrots make an excellent contribution to our eyes, hair, and skin. It is packed with vitamins C, D, E, and K and various minerals.

Berries

Blueberries contain antioxidants that help keep your brain and skin at its top shape. Additionally, all berries are a good source of fiber and are suitable for intestinal and bone health.

Kale

Three Wellness Juices

  1. Hulk Smoothie
  • A dash of parsley
  • One bunch green kale
  • Two granny smith apples
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 750 ml of water
  • Two limes (Juice)

  1. Summer Smoothie
  • Three slices of watermelon
  • One lime (juice)
  • 2 cups of cucumber
  • 1 cup strawberries (cubed)
  • handful of mint
  • 1 tbsp pitaya powder
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 500 ml of water

  1. Peter Rabbit Smoothie
  • 2 cups carrots
  • One granny smith apple (cubed)
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • One lime (juice)
  • 1-inch cube fresh ginger
  • 1-inch cube fresh turmeric
  • 750 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup

To make the smoothie, add all the ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth. Next, pour the juice into your desired bowl and press it firmly to release all the excess juice through the cheesecloth. However, there are exceptions because you do not need to do this on the watermelon juice. Typically, the juice will last up to a week if stored right away in the fridge or freezer.
